Back in Sweden now!

Hello Everybody! I´m back home, back in Sweden now!
The day started real early, around 2am, as I needed to go to the bathrom, and couldn´t get back to sleep, as I had set the alarm at 4.30am. So I chilled for a bit, and set the alarm again at 5.30
Why so early? My ride to the airport picked me up at 6.30. So I packed the rest of my stuff and Went outside.

It was actually the same driver who drove me from the airport who drove me back to the airport. I checked in perfectly and went through the duty free zone, and bought something for myself. Then the flight to Frankfurt flew on time.
Then I went through the duty free in Frankfurt and bought some more stuff. Then I went to the gate, and for some reason I had to check in my backpack, because everyone was allowed to bring one item on the plane, so i took out my computer and my phone charger and checked in the bag.

The flight was a bit late, but it was fine, since I had a lot of time until the flight to Umeå. So I grabbed something to eat, at MAX burgers. Which was Awesome! I then waited for the flight to Umeå which was late. But when it lifted it was relatively quick, and my Dad and Brother picked me up. We talked for a while, and then I had to unpack my bags, and it was quite a lot of stuff!

Then I made a delivery to my neighbour, and after that I have chilled, and I think I need to get to bed!

Last day of the trip!

Hello Everybody! this is the last day in Zagreb, and last day of the trip!
The day started early, as my sleeping patterns is still messed up! So I chilled most of the morning until I decided to head south!
I walked past the botanical gardens and further south, walking past some awesome fountains!

I then arrived at Bundek City park and chilled for a bit. I then decided to walk, since it was a long walk. I got back to the hotel after a while and chilled for a bit, recharing my phone. After a while, I headed out again, walking to the Maksimir park, and walked around for a bit.

I then walked back, grabbing some food along the way and chilled some more!
My time in Zagreb has been cloudy and cold! But at the same time, the whole trip has been amazing! I would prob come back here during the summertime, when it´s hotter and more enjoyable!
But then again we will se what happens with the whole Covid thing!

Arriving in Zagreb!

Hello Evrybody! I have arrived in Zagreb, the last stop on my trip, as I will be heading home on Sunday!
The day started really early, as I had to pee, and couldn´t get back to sleep. So I chilled on the computer until it was time to cheack out. I had booked a taxi to get me to the airport.

The check in and flight went smooth. The flight was even early! I got my bag kinda quick and got into a taxi to the apartment, which was close to the place I stayed at last time, and it was by the same owner. After I checked in, I went and bought some supplies, and after I left those at the apartment, I headed out.

I first went to the Croatian Society of Fine Artists, and then went north to a park, who had a Santa. After that I headed south, past St Francis Church to Zagreb Cathedral, where I bought some souvenires. After that I walked kinda far, to have some dinner. It was at a place I usually ate last time I was there. Had some pasta for a change, but was kinda disappointed.

After dinner, I went back to the apartment, and has chilled ever since! We will see what I will do tomorrow, on the last day on this trip!

Hello Everybody! This is definitely the last day in Split!
The day started with some bad sleep, so i gave up at 6am, chilling in bed for a bit, until I decided to head out. I headed to the marina that was closed the last time I went there. I had to go another route to get to where you get near the boats!

Then I decided to head back to the city center and chill for a bit. I then headed back to the apartment and charged my phone. After that, I headed out again, and walked along a beach, which was awesome. I then headed back, and had some dinner. I then headed to the main street and watched the sunset.

Back in Split!

Hello everybody! Now i´m back in Split!
The day started early, as apparently my days starts early now. I chilled in bed for a bit, until I packed my stuff and left the hotel at 9.30, and I walked to the bus station to take the bus to Split.
10min until the bus was leaving, I realised that I forgot my passport at the hotel, so I managed to call the managers, and got my passport back. But I missed the bus because of it!

Luckily there was a bus one hour later, which I took, and the busride took 75min. When I arrived, I walked along the marina to the hotel, which is an other hotel, not the same hostel I stayed at last time! After checking in and leaving my stuff, I walked out and had a look around. I found an interesting thing on google maps and walked over there. Which turned out to be a church and a boat mounted on a brick wall.

Last day in Makarska!

Hello Everybody! Today is the last day in Makarska!
I didn´t get a lot of sleep, since I woke up in the middle of the night and had some trouble getting back to sleep! So I chilled all morning, before deciding where to go!

I decided to go to the Lighthouse, and walked along the beach. I walked further along the beach, for quite a while, until I decided to head back, since I needed to charge my phone. So I got back and chilled for a bit. I then decided to head out again, and have a last look around the marina.

I bought some souvenirs, and then had some dinner. After that I went back and uploaded the footage from my time in Makarska, and tonight, I need to take a shower and pack my stuff for tomorrow, as I will be heading back to Split for a couple of days.

A day trip to Brac Island!

Hello everybody! Today I took a day trip to Brac Island.
The day stated very early as usual, and I chilled for a bit. My first thought was to go to Brac at 12.30, but then I noticed that the last boat from Brac was at 15.30, and it takes 1 hour each way. The earliest boat to Brac was 09.00, so I went and jumped on that boat!

As i said, the boat took an hour, and I arrived in a small town called Sumartin. So I decided to check out the town, for a bit, and I walked by the church, on the way to the beach. I walked along the beach until I got back to the Marina part of the city.

After that I decided to walk to Selca, which was a couple of km inlands, so I started to walk. It was a sunny day, so it was getting hot! I saw a cemetary on the way to Selca. When I got there, I went to the church, and chilled outside for a bit, as my feet were getting tired. After a while, I noticed it wasn´t a lot to see, so i walked back!

I had some hours left until the last boat back to Makarska, so I decided to have some lunch. After that, I chilled around the Marina, as It wasn´t a lot of time until the boat leaving. So I got on the boat at 15.30 and it took an hour to get back to Makarska.
When I got back, I had some dinner, and got back to the hotel!
I do realise that it´s the last week of traveling, which is sad!

Hello Everybody! It has been a sunny day without wind! Which was awesome!
The day started real early, as my sleeping patterns is getting messed up again! So chilled quite a bit in the morning, before getting out at 11, and I walked down to the Marina and enjoyed the sunny day!

I then walked to the beach and enjoyed the weather some more! I then ehaded back and settled the bill for the hotel. I then looked at a park on the map, which looked interesting, but when I got there, it turned to be a bit disappointing. So I headed back to the marina and found something for myself, and I had some dinner.

After dinner, the sun is setting, so I decided to head to the same beach as earlier and watch the sunset! The manager of the hotel recommended to go further west, so I did that while the sun were setting, which was awesome! When it got dark, I headed back, and has chilled ever since!
We will see what I will do tomorrow, I´m thinking about heading to Brac Island!

A Windy Walk!

Hello Everybody! Today has been a really windy day!
The day started very early, because I needed to pee, and couldn´t get back to sleep, as usual. So I chilled for a bit before I could fall asleep again!
After a bit, I chilled some more, and decided where to go!

I went down to the Marina, and decided to walk along the coast of Osejava forest park, which was quite rough, with some rough terrain, but it was nice! Along the way I did see some different beaches, until I reached Jadran beach in Tucepi. Which was at the end of the park!

So I decided to walk back to the hotel. It was a long walk back. Along the way back, I walked through the city centre, and stopped at the St Cross city Cemetary, which had a funeral going on. So I continued on.
I got back to the hotel, and chilled for a bit, until I went out and had some dinner.
We will see what happens tomorrow!

Arriving in Makarska!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Makarska!
The day started very early, as I need to pee, and tried to get back to sleep, but gave up and chilled on the computer for a bit, until I packed my stuff and checked out of the hostel.
I went to the bus station earlier than expected and got on a earlier bus to Makarska, so I arrived over one hour earlier!

I did have some trouble finding the place I was staying, as google maps said one place, but it wasn´t there, so I had to message the owner, who picked me up and showed me the place.
After chilling and recharging my gear, I went out to the marina. After that I decided to walk on the coast to Sveti Pier!

After that I walked along the Makarska beach. By this point the wind is starting to pick up. I then walked to the Makarska Observatory, and then decided to by some supplies and walk back to the hotel. By this time, it was very windy!
I got back and chilled some more, until I decided to go out and have something to eat. It was still very windy. I got out and had some pizza.

We will see what tomorrow will bring.

Birthday in Split!

Hello Everybody! Todays is my birthday, and my last day in Split!
I had a not so great night, as I was half asleep, most of the night, so I chilled most of the morning! But I decided to go out, since I noticed it was a sunny day!

I decided to go back to Marjan Park, but I walked a different route to get there, and When I got there, it was a beautiful sight, as it was a lot better weather, compared to last time!
After that I head back to Riva, which is a street by the shore, with a lot of bars and restaurants, and just chilled for a bit.

I then headed back to the hostel, and chileld for a bit. Then I decided to head back to Riva, and watch the sunset, which was beautiful. I then headed to my regular place and have some dinner.
Then I headed back to the hostel, and uploaded the footage from my time in Split.

This is my second time in Split, the last time was back in 2006! I did see some beaches that I visited way back when. Otherwise I didn´t remember much from that time. I like it here, and I would prob come back. I will come back though, I will be here again on the 25th, so I could fly back to Zagreb on the 27th.
The hostel that i´m staying at is ok, I got a room for myself, which is awesome!

Hello Everybody! Today has been a sunny day! A Huge contrast, compared to when I arrived to Split!
I woke up early, needing to pee, and chilled for a bit, until I decided to head out. I would go to a beach further east!

SO I started walking, I just followed the main road until I knew I go off the road and head to the beach. The nice weather brought out a lot of people, but maybe not as much as during the summer time.
After enjoying the weather for a while, I decided to walk back.

While walking back, I saw that i´m getting some tan, which is nice! When I got closer to the hostel, I decided to check out the St Domnius Church, which I could see from my room! I then headed back to the hostel and chilled for a bit. After a while I decided to go out and see the sunset!
I then decided to grab something to eat, at the same place as I always have.

After dinner, I have chilled ever since!
Tomorrow is my birthday! This will be the third time I will celebrate my birthday outside of Sweden, and first time outside of Sweden, but still inside of Europe! So we will see what I will do tomorrow!

Being all over the place!

Hello everybody! It feels like I have been all over the place today!
I start the day by chilling for quite a bit, since I woke up early. At 10.30 I decided to head out, and walked to Lucica Marina, but it was closed. So I walked to the Poljud Stadium and had a look. It is a big stadium!

From there, I walked pass the industrial parts of the city, because it was in the area. I then took the long walk down to the bus station, in preparation for friday, when I need to go to Makarska. From there I walked to Bacvice beach, which was a beach I was at the first time, way back in 2006!

I then walked to Firule beach, in which some were playing some game. I then decided to head back to the hostel, and I chilled for a bit, then decided to go for some dinner, and buying some water. We will see what I will do tomorrow!

Cloudy day in Split!

Hello Everybody! It has been a cloudy, but still a chill day! I took a loooooong walk today!
The day started early after a good sleep, and chilled in bed for a bit until I decided to go for a long walk!
First I went to the marina and walked along the coast until I saw the road to the top of Marjin hill!

Along the way, I saw some awesome beaches and some churches. After a long walk, I was finally on the top of the hill! It is a very nice view over the city! The way down was quicker! and then I had a look around town, before heading back to the hostel.

I chilled at the hostel for a bit, rechargin my phone, and the headed out for dinner, going to the place I went to yesterday. The headed back to the hostel again and chilling some more!
We will see what I will do tomorrow!

Arriving in Split!

Hello everybody! I have arrived in Split!
The day started early, as I wanted to chill for a bit before packing up and checking out. I took a taxi to the airport at 10am, and checked in without any problems!

The flight to Zagreb went without a hitch, and there were not a lot of time until the flight to Split, Which happened to be the same plane that I took from Dubrovnik to Zagreb. But this flight were like a half hour late, but it was fine!
I took a taxi to old town Split, and walked to the hostel. I got a room for myself!

AFter checking in, I took a walk around old town and walk to the shore. I then went to have something to eat and then headed to the hostel and chilled for the rest of the night!
