Being home!

Hello everybody! Sorry for not writing for a while! I am now home!
The trip home was uneventful! As I had time between flights and had some time grab some food!
I have spent the last week recovering from serious sunburns.

They were quite severe, having blisters on my left leg, being totally red on my stomach, chest and legs, and had some difficulty to walk, because of pain in my left knee.
It has gotten much better now!
I had a great time in all of the cities!
I have also gotten my second shot of the Covid 19 vaccine, so hopefully I will be able to go out into the world!

Hello everybody! Today is the last day in Visby, and the very last day of my domestic trip! It has been amazing these couple of weeks!
The day started early, since I couldn´t really sleep, so I chilled in bed for a bit, and took another nap, until I decided to go and grab an Icecream!

After a delicious icecream, I decided to walk around the shore for a bit, and eventually headed to Almedalen and bathed in the sun for a bit. I headed to the hotel for a bit and then headed out again for some sun. After a while I decided to have an early dinner, the same I had yesterday, as it was delicious!
I have chilled in the hotel for the rest of the day, starting to pack some of my stuff!

I have had a great time in every city and it has been interesting this week, as this is my first in Visby. I will eventually get back here someday!

Hello everybody! Today has been a chill day!
I woke up quite early, as I was going in and out of sleep, I chilled on the computer and took a nap during the morning. After that I decided to head down to the harbour, and have some icecream!

After the icecream, I chilled at the botanical gardens for a bit, and then decided to walk to a skatepark, which was quite the walk. When I finally arrived, it wasn´t really impressive, so I decided to walk the same way back. I decided to head to the hotel, and chill for a bit, while recharging my phone.

I then looked for a place to eat, and found a pizza place relatively close by the hotel, which had some nice pizza, and I had tiramisu as well, just to treat myself!
We will see what I will do tomorrow, on the very last full day of this trip! Time has flown by so fast and it has been amazing!

A day in Fårö!

Hello everybody! Today I have spent some time in Fårö.
The day started early, since I had a good night sleep, so I chilled for a bit. After a while, I decided to go and nuy tickets for the bus to Fårö. I thought the bus would leave at 09.50, but the bus left at 10.50, so I headed back to the hotel and chilled for a bit!

I went back to the bus station and took the bus to Fårösund, which has a ferry to Fårö, which took about 6minutes.
I arrived just as it was about to leave, so I hopped on it and arrived at Fårö. I decided to go to the english cemetery which was a quite long walk. I saw some goats along the way, which was random.

After the English Cemetaries, I took the long walk back and walked down to Ryssnäs, the southern tip of Fårö, and walked up, taking the same way back.
After that walk, I decided to head back. I had some Icecream, waiting for the ferry. I didn´t have to wait long, and on the other side, at Fårösund, I waited for the bus for like 20min, and Ithen headed back. the bus ride was 80min each way.

When I got back, I headed to the harbour and grabbed something to eat. After that I headed back to the hotel, and has chilled ever since.
We will see what I will do tomorrow!

A chill day!

Today has been chill.
The day started chilling in bed for a while, and then I decided to head east, walking along the old walls that surrounds the city. Which is a cool thing to see.
I then headed to a cemetary, which was cool, which may sound weird.

I then decided to head to some castle ruins, which wasn´t much, so from there I headed to the docks, and had some icecream, which was awesome!
I then walked around the docks for a while, and decided to head back to the hotel and recharge my phone.

After a while, I headed out again to chill at a park, and decided to go to have some early dinner. After dinner I headed back and has chilled ever since.
Tomorrow I will head to Fårö, to the east of the island itself, which might be interesting!

the First 2 full days in Visby!

Hello everybody! Sorry for not writing yesterday, again!
Yesterday was a very sunny day! I started the day chilling, as I didn´t get a lot of sleep. I then decided to head north. I walked past a church on the way to the coast.
I walked to the coast and went along the coast to the northern Cemetary. I then decided to take another way back.

I then walked to a viewpoint called Galgbacken. I then decided to head back to the hotel, chilling for a bit and recharging my phone. I then went out and grabbed something to eat, that a friend of mine recommended. SOme mango chicken and a flambéed crepe, which was nice!

Today, after another bad sleep, I decided, after chilling during the morning, to go south! I walked along the shipyards and heading even more south. The reason for going south is that there´s a house that looks the house from Pippi Longstocking.
After walking along the coast, seeing some waterfalls, I found the house, which was just a little replica.

So I decided to head back. I walked the same way back, which was a really long walk. I stopped for icecream on the way back. I arrived at the hotel, and recharged my phone and camera. I then headed out to a burger place close the ice cream shop. Which was nice.
Tonight, I´m gonna chill, and we will se what we will do tomorrow!

Arriving in Visby!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Visby, Gotland!
The day started very early, as I couldn´t really sleep, and woke up properly at 5am. I wanted to get up early as I booked a taxi for 7am and didn´t want to rush.
So I chilled for a bit, and packed the rest of my stuff, checked out and took the taxi to the airport.

The flight was a bit late, and it started to stress me out a little bit, since I only had 50min to the next flight. it took forever to lift and took forever to get to the gate. So I had to run to the next gate to get to my next flight, Which I managed to get to!
The flight to visby was a bit late, but that didn´t matter as much.

I got my bag relatively quickly and waited for a taxi, which I shared with two others, which might be risky.
I got to the hotel, and waited a bit, so I could get the key to the room. When I did get it, I charged my stuff for a bit and then went out, seeing a few things of the city, went to Almedalen, going along the coast amongst other things.
After that I went to grab something to eat, and has chilled ever since. I need to take a shower, and we will see what I will do tomorrow!

A cloudy day and a sunny Last day in Gothenburg!

Hello everybody! Sorry for not writing yesterday!
Yesterday I went to Slottskogen and had a look, as it had some viewpoints and a zoo, which was nice! The day was cloudy though!
After that I went back to the hostel and charged my phone.

After that I wanted to go to Keiller park, but when I got to the harbour, I decided against it, as it was too far. So I went to grab something to eat and went back to the hostel.

Today, after a bad sleep, as my roommate cough and snores loudly, I chilled in bed for a while. I decided to head via Liseberg to Örgryte and saw some churches.

I headed forward to the eastern cemetary and chilled for a bit. After that I decided to head back to the centre of town and have some early dinner. After that I headed back to the hostel and has chilled ever since.
I need to take a shower and pack for the last leg of the trip, a week in Visby. Down below I will link the video of my time in Gothenburg.

A day in Liseberg!

Hello Everybody! Today I went to Liseberg for the first time in forever!
I woke up relatively early, after a bad night, since my roommate snore like crazy, and chilled for a bit. I noticed that it has rained during the night and was still cloudy during the morning!

So I chilled some more, and went to the store to buy some snacks, and chilled even more. Since Liseberg opened at 3pm, I started walking at 12.30. I arrived at 13.30, and I got my wristband and I walked around the area for a while. Until they opened earlier at 14.30.

I headed directly to Helix, which was a huge roller coaster, and it was awesome! SInce Free Fall was close by, I rode that one as well!
After that I started to look around, I found another roller coaster and rode it. I saw a huge rollercoaster with a huge drop which looked interesting (the ride was named Valkyria), so I went and rode it, and the drop was amazing.

After that, I headed to the haunted house, which was quite scary, as there were actors hunting you amongst other things, which was awesome! After that I needed some Icecream, so I had some and it was awesome!
The weather was shifting like crazy during the day, sometimes it was raining and a half an hour later it was sunny.
After the icecream, I headed back to the hostel, since it was getting late, and the battery of my phone were getting low. When I got back, I have chilled ever since!

Hello everybody! I forgot to write about yesterday!
So Yesterday I woke up quite early and chilled for a bit and took a nap. After a while I went out.
I headed to the centre of town and had a look. I then decided to go to Ullevi and have a look, and since Liseberg were close, I headed down. I didn´t head inside Liseberg, I plan on doing that on Monday!

After Liseberg, I decided to go and have lunch, and after lunch I headed back to the hostel and chilled for the rest of the day.
Today, I woke up early after a bad night, and chilled for a bit. Until I decided to go to the Botanical Gardens and have a look. It was really nice!

After The botanical garden, I headed back to the hostel to recharge my phone, and I then went into the centre of the city to a cemetary, that I missed earlier. I went there and chilled for a bit, which might be weird. I then decided to head back to the hostel and chilled for the rest of the day!

Arrived in Gothenburg!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Gothenburg!
The day started quite early, as I woke up early, which was not intended, so I chilled on the computer for a bit and took a nap. Then I packed my stuff and left the Hostel at 10am. I walked to the train station and took the bus to the airport, arriving at 12.

I checked in my bag and went through security. I hade some lunch and chilled for a bit until my flight, which lifted and landed relatively on time. I got my bag quite early and took the bus from the airport to the central station. Then I took a walk to the hostel, which took almost an hour. It was hot!

I checked in the hostel and got to my room, and has chilled ever since. We will see what i will do tomorrow and if my feet and legs will handle any long walks!

A relaxing last day!

Today has been very relaxing! I went to bed quite early and woke up quite early and chilled for a long time, until I got out and had some sushi at a now regular place!
I then went a bit north on the metro and bought some more icecream, at a place a colleague recommended. Which was delicious!

After that I went back to the hostel and chilled for a bit, since I wanted to rest my feet and legs. After a while I headed out to have some food, and chilled for the rest of the evening.
I have packed most of my stuff for tomorrow, as I will be heading to Gothenburg, which is going to be nice!

A long walk!

Hello Everybody! Today I took a long walk.
I woke up quite early as always, but went back to sleep for a bit. I then started to look into where to go next. I decided to go further northeast.

But first I went to grab lunch, had some sushi. I then started walking north, past Medborgarplatsen and old town. I then walked to Karlaplan and Gustav Vasa park, which wasn´t much to see.
I then decided to walk back, as my feet were hurting.

I decided to go and have some early dinner, and then went back to the hostel, and have chilled for the rest of the day.
Tomorrow is the last day in Stockholm, and on Friday I will leave for Gothenburg.
We will see what I will do on the last day!

A chill day!

Hello Everybody! Todat has been a chill day!
I woke up quite early, Since I went to bed quite early. I think it´s because of shoddy sleeping patterns and walking a lot!
I decided to go out and have some lunch at a sushi place nearby my hostel, which was nice!
I then headed down to Ericsson Globe (or Avicii Globe, as it is called now), and I already started to feel pain in my feet and legs.

I then walked up to a great view over the city. My feet and legs were killing me at this point. So I decided to take the metro, as I have been walking like all the time while I have been in Stockholm, and this was one of the few times I have taken the metro, to a place which ahd a great icecream shop. The Icecream was delicious!

I then decided to go for an early dinner and go back to the hostel. I have then chilled for the rest of the day. We will se what I will do tomorrow, if I will continue to rest my legs, which may be needed!
