Arriving in Luxemburg!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Luxemburg now!
The day started early, as I woke up relatively early, compared to other days, and chilled for a bit, and then started to packing my stuff! I did my business in the bathroom, and then checked out from the hotel apartment!

I took a walk to the train station, and bought the tickets to Luxemburg, and chilled at the station for a bit, and then the train to Libramont came (I had to switch trains in Libramont), and it was a couple of minutes late!
It did arrive in Libramont, and I got to the other part of the station for the other train to Luxemburg!

The train to Luxemburg went fina, and I walked to the hotel, and it was hard to get in, but someone came to help, and I got into my room!
I chilled for a bit, and recharged some of my stuff, and then headed out to the central part of town, and had a look around! It was cloudy when I arrived but at this point it started to clear up, and get warmer!

After a while I went for something to eat, while on the way back to the hotel, and I have then chilled ever since!
It is nice to be back! It has been 9 years since I was here last time! I have some more things to explore during these couple of days!

Last day in Dinant Belgium!

Hello Everybody! It has been the last day here in Dinant!
The day started with some bad sleep again, so I chilled extra long! Until I decided to head to a cave in the south, which was interesting! it was wet and kinda slippery! But yet interesting!

After that I went to the Leffe Museum, which was very small! But I got some glasses, which I can give away as presents!
After the museum, I went to the hotel and chilled for a bit, and then I decided to go for a last walk along the river! On the way back to the centre, I saw a sign that it was like 3km to the next town!

When I got to the centre, I decided to go out for dinner! Having some Pasta! Then I headed back to the hotel, and has chilled ever since!
What do I think of Dinant? I must say it has been a huge surprise! I´m glad that I came here! The city itself is not big but it has a relaxing vibe and it's close to other cities and to the French border!
Tomorrow I will take the train to Luxembourg, and I need to pack for the train ride!

Day trip to Celles!

Hello Everybody! Today I have taken a day trip to Celles, and going to the site where Chateau De Noisy used to stand!
The day started not so good, as I didn't get good sleep and I chilled in bed for a bit! Then I decided to head to the train station! There was a market just outside of my apartment/hotel, which was surprising! I arrived at the train station, bought tickets and had to wait a bit for the train!

Eventually the train came, and of course I got on it! It was only a 15min train ride to Gendron-Celles! When I arrived, I immediately headed towards Celles, as I know that the back entrance to where Chateau de Noisy where along the way!
I still almost went the wrong way, but I realized that I was heading the wrong way, since I didn't recognized that way, so I got back on the road, and continued on!

I passed Chateau de Veves, and a little bit later, I found the back gate, a bit hidden from the road! So of course I headed in there, and it was a rough walk and it took a while, but I eventually found the place where Chateau De Noisy stood before it got demolished back in 2017!
It was nothing left, just overgrown grass!

So I decided to head back to the road, and I must have gotten a bit lost, since I couldn't find the gate again, but I eventually found the road, managing to get some scratches on my legs and I headed to Celles, since I wanted to see an old Tank they had over there! The walk took a while, but I got there eventually! I walked around the village for a bit, and saw a nice church, and then headed to the tank! Which was alright!

It was drizzling at this point, and I then decided to head back, so I took the long walk back to the train station! When I arrived, I had 45min for the next train (and the next one was over 2hrs away!), So I had to wait a bit, it eventually came, and I got back to my hotel quite quick, having some supplies on the way!
I chilled for quite a while, since I have walked quite a lot today!

I then headed out for dinner, and has chilled ever since!
It was nice going to Celles, since it was over 9 years ago since I was there last time, and was also the time I last saw Chateau De Noisy standing! It was very convent that it only was a 15min ride!
Tomorrow is the last day here in Dinant, so I will see what I will do!
I also realized that it has already been 3 weeks of the trip! Time flies by so fast!

First full day in Dinant!

Hello Everybody! It has been the first full day here in Dinant, and the heat is still on!
I woke up later than expected, as I am getting out of waking up early, and chilled in bed for a bit, until heading out!
I went to the entrance to the citadel, and paid the entrance, and headed up the stairs!

It was still as hot as yesterday, so going up the 408 steps to the citadel was hard work, as it also was very steep!
But I eventually got up there and it was quite interesting, and quite big! I did see a cemetery and an old fighter jet the whole place has some history from the First World War, and it was interesting!

But after seeing most of it, I headed down the 408 steps, which went quicker than going up! I headed to the apartment and chilled for a bit, and decided to head out again, and see more of the city!
It is still very hot!
I headed back and chilled some more, and then headed out for dinner! Then I have chilled ever since!

Tomorrow I am thinking about going to Celles, and hopefully going to the site where Chateau de Noisy used to stand! If I could manage to get there! But if I can't, I could still go to the village and hang around there, since it has been a long time, since I have been there!

Arriving in Dinant, Belgium!

Hello Everybody! I have now arrived in Dinant!
The day started early, as I had some terrible sleep with noise and heat!, but I got up I decent time, and got to breakfast! After breakfast I chilled in bed for a bit, and then started packing the rest of my stuff, as the amount of stuff have gotten more compared to when I first started my trip!

After packing my stuff, I took my linnen, as it was something I needed to before checking out apparently, and took it to the reception, and then Grabbed my luggage and checked out properly! The stairs to the entrance were narrow, and it was hard navigating down but I eventually got down!
Then the trek to the central station commenced!

The path to the central station is straight forward, but with 3 different pieces of luggage, in 35+ degrees Celsius makes it quite rough! My T-shirt were soaking wet when I arrived at the central station!, I rested for a bit, and then went to buy the ticket for Dinant! I headed to the assigned train line, and missed the train with a minute, again, so I waited about half an hour for the next on, which went to Brussels Nord station!

I got on the train, which went fine, and then switched trains in Brussels, towards Namur! On this train, I had to switch seats, so someone disabled could have my seat, which was fine!
The rest of the ride, went fine! Then I took the train to Dinant! Three hours later (Total, from Antwerp) I finally arrived in Dinant!

The heat lingered! I took a walk to the hotel, and it was hard finding it, but someone helped me with, and I arrived at the hotel/apartment, which is a nice apartment! I rested for a bit, and then headed out! I thought about going up to the citadel, but it was close to closing time, and it cost 15 euros, so I decided against it for now!

The city itself isn't that big, but there's enough to explore, and after having a little look, I decided to head back, and catch some supplies before going back to the hotel, and chill some more! Then I decided to head out for some food, and it was well needed, since I hadn't eaten anything since breakfast! After dinner, I have chilled ever since!

The hotel/apartment does have an AC with is amazing! I will see what I will do tomorrow!

Last full day in Antwerp!

Hello Everybody! It has been the last day here in Antwerp, as I will be leaving for Dinant tomorrow!
The day started horrible, as it was noise almost all night, and I was sweating like crazy because of the heat! But I did get some sleep!
I then went for breakfast, and chilled in bed for a bit, until going out to do the laundry!

It was one very close by, and it was a hassle to get it working, but when I finally got it working, it was fine, and I found the dryer to be easier!
But when the washing was going on, I went to the Grand Bazaar, to by some water, and something to myself! I left the stuff at the hostel, and went back to the laundromat!

I then put my laundry in the dryer, and went to Primark, to see if I could find anything, and I found two t-shirts for me!
I then walked back to the laundromat and collected the laundry, went to the hostel, and folded all of my stuff, and then went out to chinatown, to see if I could find something, but I found something else at a regular store!
I didn't fine anything in Chinatown, so I walked back and left the stuff!

A new guy came in, and we started chatting, and then another guy came in, and we all chatted for quite a bit until it was time for some dinner, so I went out to get some dinner, and some Ice cream! which was nice, but I have been better!
I then headed back to the hostel, and has chilled her since!
I do prefer Antwerp over Brussels, it's much cleaner, and seems safer! The hostel itself is not perfect, since it's very hot, nothing has been done to help to cope with the heat, and the rooms are small!
The wifi is shoddy, it depends on where you are in the room!
The breakfast is very basic! But as long it's free it's ok!

Daytrip to Ghent!

Hello Everybody! Today I have taken a trip to Ghent!
I had some not good sleep, as it was football night and partying afterwards but I woke up relatively early, in time for breakfast, and so I went to breakfast!
I chilled in bed for a bit, and then decided to head to the central train station!

It was quite the walk, but I got there and took the 11.06 train!
I got to Ghent on time, and went to the centre of the city! The was a lot of cathedrals, and it was amazing to see! It was also very hot, as it was 36 degrees celsius outside! So I didn't want to rush things!Äfter going through the centre of town, I went to a park a little bit south of the centre, just to see and chill for a bit!

I then decided to head back as the heat were getting to me! I bought some more to drink, since the water I took with me was already empty! I hoped I was going to catch the 14.36 train, but that one was canceled, so I waited on the next train half an hour later! While waiting, I talked to someone who was waiting for the next train, who had broken her foot! She was lovely and beautiful!

She got on her train, and I got on mine! The train ride went fine, and I walked back to the hostel! I chilled for a bit and talked to a roommate for a bit!
He then went out, and I chilled some more, before going out to grab something to eat! After that I took a shower, and has chilled ever since!

Tomorrow is probably laundry day, so it's going to be a chill day!

First full day in Antwerp!

Hello Everybody! It has been the first full day in Antwerp!
I woke later than expected, and went for some breakfast, which was very basic, and not as enjoyable as the one I had during Graspop Metal Meeting!
I chilled for quite a while before heading out!

I first went for a search for an extra bag, since I have bought some extra stuff, that needs an extra bag! I found a store who had one for relatively cheap price, but it was closed, so I moved on, wanting to return! I went long the river to Het Steen, and went up for a decent view! Was kinda disappointed!

I then went back to the store with the luggage, and it was open, so I bought one! I took it back to the hostel, and packed some of my stuff in it, and chilled for a bit!
I then decided to head out to the city park in the south, and it was clearing up, since it was cloudy this morning!

I saw a small botanical garden along the way, and it was nice! But it was getting hot!
I eventually got to the park and walked around for a bit, and it was nice! I then walked back to the hostel, and chilled for a bit, and then went out for dinner, and went back and has chilled in bed ever since! Tomorrow I´m thinging about going to Ghent, as it will be my first time there, and it would be cool to explore other cities in Belgium!

Arriving in Antwerp!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Antwerp!
The day started early, and I went for breakfast! I then chilled for a bit, until packing my stuff, and checked out! I walked to the train station, and bought a ticket for Antwerp, and Just needed to wait for a bit, until the train showed up! During the wait, I talked to a local, just chilling!

The train ride went quick and I walked with quite a lot of luggage to the hostel! It took a while, since it's also very hot! I eventually got to the hostel, left my stuff and chilled for a bit, until heading out! I went back to the train station, as I wanted to film what was happening, since I couldn't with the luggage!
I also found a asian store, that sold Pocari Sweat, and of course I bought some of those!

I went back to the hostel again, recharged my stuff, and then went out for dinner, and after that I went out for a walk! After that, I have been chilling since! We will see what I will do tomorrow!

Last day of Graspop Metal Meeting 2026!

Hello Everybody! It has been the last day of Graspop Metal Meeting in 2026!
I woke up on a good time, and went down for breakfast, and chilled for a bit! I then decided to head to the train for the festival!
I arrived in Mol, and waited for the bus to the festival, and it took a while for the bus to come!

But it came and I arrived to the festival, I got to the arena, and filled up my water bottle and actually went to the Ferris wheel! When I went to the bus, I got a green chip, that gives me a free ride of my choice (either Bumpercars or the Ferris wheel), so I went on the Ferris wheel, which had a good view over the festival arena!

After the Ferris Wheel, I went to the main stage for Europe! Which was alright! I then went to grab something to eat, some pasta for a change! I then went back and saw Foreigner! Who were also Alright! I chilled for a bit and listened to Black Label Society! Thinking if I should wait and see Alice Cooper!

I decided against it, and went to the bus, and I had to wait a bit, but also getting nervous, as time was ticking for the train, and the bus arrived and drove us to the train station, and as the bus was arriving the train was leaving, so I had to wait an hour for the next train (which prob meant I could have seen Alice Cooper!)

The train eventually arrived and took me back to Herentals!
What did I think of this years Graspop?
I think it was alright, there were a few bands that I have seen before, and some that I haven't seen before, and I feel like Graspop is more organized than Download, and it's cheaper to get to the festival arena compared to Download!

3rd day of Graspop Metal Meeting!

Hello Everybody! It has been the 3rd day of Graspop Metal Meeting! The day started with some good sleep! So I went for some breakfast, and chilled in bed for a bit!
I then headed to the train station and head to Mol, to get the bus to the festival!

I arrived quite late, as I wanted to chill for a bit! But when arriving, I filled up my water bottle and went to the main stage for P.O.D, and managed to see half of their show!
After that I had some lunch! I then saw Sepultura and Hollywood Undead! It was my first time seeing Sepultura, and second time in a week for Hollywood Undead!

I then went to see Three Days Grace, which I have seen before at Download Festival! At the end of their set, I went to get Hollywood Undeads autographs!
While waiting in line for it, Ice Nine Kills set started, and I sat down and chilled for a bit, waiting for Babymetal!

Then Babymetal came on! It was technically the same set as Download Festival, but awesome nonetheless!
After their set, I went to the train station, and got on the bus to the train and went home!
I chilled in bed for a bit and took a bath, before going to bed!

Today is the last day of Graspop Metal Meeting, and I also realized that I have been traveling for 2 weeks already! I have 4 more weeks of travel as well! Tomorrow I will head to Antwerp and after that DInant, Luxemburg, and then Croatia!

2nd day of Graspop Metal Meeting!

Hello Everybody! it has been the second day of Graspop Metal Meeting!
I woke up relatively early, and had some breakfast! I then took a nap, since I was still feeling the effects from the day before!
I then went to the train relatively late, and I missed it by a minute, so I had to wait an hour for the next one!

So I grabbed the next one, and went inside the venue! I walked around for a bit. before settling to Mammoth, and then chilled for a bit until Trivium!
I had some late lunch/early dinner as well, and then saw a bit of the Sex Pistols with Frank Carter as the singer, as Johnny Rotten has his own band!

I decided to head back half way through, as I was still feeling a bit under the weather, and I waited for the bus, which was late, but when I googled there were a train in-between every hour, so I managed to get on the bus to get on that train! While waiting for the train, I had a chocolate waffle, which was nice!
I got back to the hotel, and chilled for a bit, took a bath and went to bed!

And now it's ay three, and I feel a bit better, still have a cough though! There is a few bands that I want to see today, and ts going to be nice!

First day of Graspop Metal Meeting!

Hello Everybody, it has been the first day at Graspop Metal Meeting! Boy it was HOT AS HELL!
Yesterday Started early, as I had some bad sleep, as I said, it was hot, and got to get some breakfast!
I then chilled in bed for a bit, catching up on sleep! I then went to the train station, so I could get to Mol, and from there get to the festival area!

I got my wristband and went in, I also topped up my wristband, so I can buy some food, as they don't take cash or card!
I then waited for Danko Jones to start, and they were alright!
I then had some food, and chilled for a bit, as I couldn't do much because of the heat! I then bought some merchandise, one for me and one for my neighbor back home!

Then I saw Wind Rose, which is like dwarf metal (they called it that themselves), and then I walked around for a bit, and then Megadeth came on, and they played a lot of their new songs!
I left half way through though, as I needed to get back to the train, and I got home relatively quickly, even though the train back was a back late!

As I got home, I felt the heat were getting to me, as I felt I was getting a bit sick! Dehydration is not a joke!
As I was trying to get some sleep, thunder was going off during the night!
But when I woke up, I felt a bit better, not 100% but it a bit better! Hence why I´m writing this one late!

Arriving in Herentals!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Herentals, Belgium, in preparation for Graspop Metal Meeting!
I woke up early, and I didn't want to, since it was late yesterday, and I chilled in bed for a bit, until I packed my stuff, checked out and went to the train station!
I bought a ticket for Herentals, and chilled for a bit!

I got on the train, and it arrived on time, and I walked to the hotel, Hotel De Zalm, a place I have stayed in before, and checked in early. I chilled in the room for a bit, recharging my stuff, and then went out! I headed to a watchtower a little outside of the city, but still in walking distance! I got there and chilled for a bit, and then headed back!

THen I went to a pharmacy to get some aloe vera, and then some more supplies! I then chilled for a bit, until going out for dinner!
Tomoroow is the first day of Graspop Metal Meeting! It's the third time being here, and it's going to be interesting! it's also the third time I´m doing two festivals in a row! I heard it's going to be very hot tomorrow!

Arriving in Brussels!

Hello Everybody! I have arrived in Brussels Belgium!
The day started early, as I couldn't get back to sleep so I chilled in bed for a bit, and then packed the rest of my stuff, and went to the underground to take the tube to the Airport! I had to switch trains at Acton town, for some reason!

But I got the airport on time, and had to wait a bit to check in my bag, which also was confusing, as I didn't get a tag at first, but did get when I was supposed to scan it in and put it in! But I got checked in eventually, and went through security, in which I lost my headphones, didn't know I managed to do it!

I had to wait to see which gate I needed to go to, so I managed to go and see a little of the airport, and eventually I got the gate, and went through the check in!
The flight was a bit late, but with not much! I got my bag relatively quick and took the train to the city!
I managed to find my hotel, and decided to buy some water, and then headed out!

I walked to Mannekin Pis, and the n the Grand Place, while having something to eat! I then headed to the botanical gardens and chilled for a bit, and on the way back I headed to Brussels park, and chilled some more, before heading back to the hotel!
I kinda wished I had more time here, but I need to head to Herentals tomorrow, for the second festival of the year, Graspop Metal Meeting!
