The End of the Year!

Hello Everybody!
It's getting to the end of the year! Time flies by so fast! This year has been very interesting! Lots of travel, Lots of live music and lots of exploring!
It has been the first time since 2019, since I have been to a concert outside of Europe, as I went to Japan to see Babymetal! Last time I saw John Mayer in The US, which I also saw in Stockholm this year as well!

Speaking of Japan, it was the first time since 2017 I was able to go there, and it was also a new city, Yokohama, which was very close to Tokyo! it was a nice city, and I do want to go back there someday! I of course want to go back to Tokyo, and other places in Japan! It has made me want to learn Japanese, which I do see some progress in, as I do recognize certain letters and phrases!

I also went to a new city and country, Ljubljana Slovenia! Which was a big surprise! The city is beautiful and very walkable! I will definitely go back there someday! I also want to go to more new cities, as I tend to go to places I have been to before quite a lot! I need to check off items from my Bucket list!

This year has also been concert filled! Asforementioned Babymetal and John Mayer, I went to two festivals, Download Festival and Graspop Metal Meeting! Which was very rainy and muddy! But it was a lot of great music! It was the second time I did two festivals in a row!
This year I also saw Blackberry Smoke, which was my second time I saw them Live, as I have seen them at Download Festival a couple of years ago, and Jason Isbell, which was the first time I saw him Live! Both Concerts were amazing!

Work wise is getting better, I felt that I have grown more and more during these two years, or it's getting close to two years! Sure there are some things I need to improve on, as I haven't been a lot on some of the different kinds of surgeries involved, since I have mostly been on the orthopedic side of the OR!

We will see what next year has in store for me!

Celebrating Christmas at home!

Hello Everybody! I´m back in Eskilstuna after an amazing Christmas time back home!
I have spent some time walking around my hometown, catching up with friends and family! I have also been to a outdoor museum and going to a lake!

As you might see, it was a lot of snow back home! At least compared to Eskilstuna! But to be fair, Christmas should have snow!
As said earlier, it was amazing to catch up with friends and family! Since it was over 6 months ago I saw them last! Celebrating Christmas Eve with my family and then Christmas Day with friends!

It was also nice being home again! Walking around my hometown and seeing that not much has changed! There's something with your hometown, that I can't really explain! Maybe it's the familiarity!
But it was nice being home! We will see when I will get back there again!

Getting back to Eskilstuna was alright as well! My family drove me to the airport, and after checking in my bag, we chilled for a bit, until it was time to go through security!
The flight lifted and landed on time, and I managed to get my bag and got to the train to Eskilstuna with some minutes to spare!
i walked to the apartment, left my stuff, and went to buy some breakfast for tomorrow, since I will work a shift!
Then I have chilled for the rest of the evening!

Going home for Christmas!

Hello Everybody! I am home in Umeå after quite a long day!
The Day started early, as I had a shift at work! It went alright, as I managed to leave early! So I got back, got my stuff and managed to get an earlier train to Arlanda Airport. The train was a little bit late, but I had time!

I checked in my bag and got some dinner and walked around Arlanda for a bit until going through security and my got checked, as I forgot that I had fluids in my bag.
I walked around some more, and bought a present for one of my family! I went to the gate and the flight was a little bit late! But it arrived on time!

My dad and brother for me, and I got my bag relatively quickly! We drove back home and there was a huge line to the airport, and I guess a lot of people were going home for Christmas!
We talked while getting back, and we eventually got back, and I got a lot of mail. My Hometown has a lot of snow, which is nice! Winter needs snow!
I need to unpack, but I chilled since I got back! But I will unpack!

One week to go!

Hello everybody! It is one week until my trip home!
It will be nice to go home and see friends and family! It will also be nice to be home and see my hometown, even though it was 6 months since I was home the last time! So of course I will head into town and see if it has changed since last time I was home!

I´m also still planning the summer trip, as I have some options planned! I will probably start planning it next year, as I will have more funds to organize it!
I have also a trip to London in late May to plan book as well, that will just be a few days though, so that´s another thing to plan! But it will be nice!

Then I have two concerts in Stockholm to plan as well, but that's easy, it's just to find an hotel to stay for both concerts, which will be a month in-between!
All in all, it will be 4 concerts this year alone so far! Which is, now that I think about it, the same amount as last year, As I watched Babymetal, John Mayer, Blackberry Smoke and Jason Isbell this year, and will see Babymetal (Yes again!), Oasis, The offspring and Electric Callboy next year!
We will also see if I go somewhere new next year!

There's a lot of things happening next year! I will also start working evening shifts as well, which is going to be nice! Work is going alright, as I prepare for the mentioned evening shifts!

Christmas is getting closer!

Hello everybody! I hope everyone is doing alright!
Christmas is getting closer, and me going home is getting closer as well! It will be nice to see my family and friends again! it has also been close to six months since I have been back home as well!

It's not that I don't like it here, it's just that I miss home! Work is going alright, it has its ups and downs of course! We will probably get more to do during the wintertime, with snow and ice and everything! Have been working evenings, which has been interesting, and nice to be able to sleep in!

I´m also still looking for the next trip, even though I have two trips to London planned! one in late May and one in late July!
I have plans to either go back to Japan (since I loved it last time earlier this year) or go to some other countries in Europe. The only thing speaking against Japan, is that the flights to and from Japan is expensive!

End of November!

Hello Everybody! I hope everyone is alright!
November has ended, and December has arrived, and Christmas is getting closer! Time flies by so fast! It also means that it's a couple of weeks until my trip home! Which is going to be nice, since it's always nice to see my family and friends!

Next week I have a long weekend, and I thought about going abroad during that time, but it was too short of a notice, and it costs too much to go anywhere, so I will stay here in Eskilstuna. Maybe I could do a day trip somewhere! Maybe even do some Christmas shopping! I got some ideas, but I will also have to look around and see what I can find!

Speaking of which, there has been some Christmas markets here in Eskilstuna! One in the Rademacher Smiths, which is like the old town of sorts in Eskilstuna! it was alright, and it was a lot of people there! I found some stuff for myself and some presents!
There was another one at a Museum, which didn't have as much and the other one! but I found some stuff!

Work is going alright, I learn new stuff every day, and will be working the nightshift, which is going to be interesting! It's also nice with having the ability to sleep in every once in a while!
